This static version of the Brighton Mobility Score calculator does not require a patient name, NHS number, date of birth or other identifier. Answers are processed locally in the browser and are not sent to a database by the calculator itself.

If analytics, contact forms or other third-party services are later added to the website, this notice should be updated to describe them accurately.
